Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications, including counting, pouring, measuring, and labelling under direct supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, assisting with product selection, and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and assisting with order placement and receiving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing insurance paperwork, and handling telephone calls.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
- Support the pharmacy team in all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for accurate counting and calculations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and basic drug classifications.
