Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive pharmacy experience.
- Accurately process prescription orders, including data entry, verification of details, and efficient label generation under pharmacist supervision.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medications, ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and inventory management.
- Provide information and professional advice on over-the-counter products, health supplements, and general health queries.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiry dates, and assisting with stock orders and returns.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and manage daily cash reconciliation with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the pharmacy counter and retail area.
- Ensure strict adherence to all pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company policies, including patient confidentiality.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and assist in scheduling consultations as needed.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions and operations.
Required Skills
