Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and directing them appropriately.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-store and counter area.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, pricing, and organizing non-prescription products.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding non-prescription products, store layout, and general pharmacy services.
- Refer all prescription-related questions and medical advice requests to the supervising Pharmacist.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the Pharmacist and other team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor inventory levels for over-the-counter medications and other retail items, reporting shortages.
