Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic information on over-the-counter products and direct customers to the pharmacist for more complex medical advice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and promotions.
  • Support the pharmacy team in daily operations, including receiving and checking stock.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
