Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation for various projects.
- Ensure all images adhere to brand guidelines, client specifications, and industry best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple photo editing projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Organize, rename, and manage digital assets efficiently, including maintaining proper file naming conventions and archiving.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for image enhancement, visual storytelling, and overall aesthetic improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing software, tools, techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on all edited images before final delivery to ensure impeccable standards.
- Efficiently batch process large volumes of images while maintaining consistent high quality and detail.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting principles.
- Proven experience in high-volume photo retouching, color grading, and complex image manipulation.
