Key Responsibilities

  • Assist photographers during photoshoots, including setting up and breaking down equipment, lighting, and backdrops.
  • Organize and maintain studio equipment, props, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Manage props and wardrobe styling elements, ensuring they are prepared and returned appropriately.
  • Help with basic retouching and image organization under supervision.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules and logistics, communicating effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ensure the studio environment is safe, tidy, and ready for each session.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Assist with post-production tasks, such as culling images and file management.
  • Run errands for studio supplies or external services when required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a collaborative studio atmosphere.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of photography equipment and studio procedures.
