Job Description
Adelphi Production House is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Photographer to join our vibrant team for various creative shoot projects. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen artistic eye, a passion for storytelling through imagery, and a proven ability to deliver stunning visuals under diverse conditions. As a Photographer focusing on creative shoots, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients’ visions to life, working across a spectrum of projects including lifestyle campaigns, product photography, fashion editorials, corporate branding, and unique art-driven concepts.
You will be responsible for the entire photography process, from initial concept development and pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production editing. This includes collaborating closely with clients, art directors, and stylists to understand project requirements, developing mood boards and shot lists, selecting appropriate locations and props, and ensuring all technical aspects of the shoot (lighting, composition, camera settings) are meticulously managed. You must possess a strong understanding of visual trends, a desire to experiment with new techniques, and the ability to adapt your style to suit different briefs while maintaining our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative photography shoots from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, art directors, and marketing teams to understand project briefs and develop compelling visual strategies.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, including location scouting, talent casting, prop sourcing, and equipment preparation.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and other studio tools with expertise.
- Direct models, talent, and subjects on set to achieve desired expressions and poses.
- Perform advanced post-production editing, retouching, and color grading using industry-standard software.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, final photographic assets in various formats.
- Maintain and organize photographic equipment, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition.
- Stay updated with emerging photography trends, techniques, and software.
- Contribute to the creative development of the production house and participate in brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills
- Expertise in digital photography techniques and camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software.
- Strong understanding of lighting principles, studio lighting, and natural light manipulation.
- Excellent eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
