Key Responsibilities
- Execute diverse photography shoots: events (corporate, social), portraits (individual, family), and studio (product, conceptual).
- Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, and ancillary equipment.
- Direct subjects effectively to capture desired expressions and compositions.
- Manage image workflow: import, catalog, culling, backup, and advanced post-production using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on project briefs, creative vision, and timelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, techniques, and software.
- Maintain and grow a strong, diverse portfolio.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio in event, portrait, and studio photography.
- Expertise with professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of photographic principles: composition, lighting, exposure, color theory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Highly organized, strong time management, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transport for shoots.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Photography or related field.
- Experience in videography and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
