Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and passionate Photographer to join our vibrant team, specializing in a diverse range of photography, including dynamic events, intimate portraits, and professional studio shoots. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire photographic process, from initial concept discussion with clients, planning and execution of shoots, to post-production and final delivery. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, adaptable to different environments and lighting conditions, and always eager to experiment with new techniques and styles. Your portfolio should demonstrate versatility and a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling through imagery. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute photography sessions for events (corporate, social, weddings), individual/family portraits, and studio product/headshot shoots.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and other photographic tools.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and desired outcomes for each project.
- Direct subjects during shoots to achieve desired poses, expressions, and overall aesthetic.
- Perform professional image editing and retouching using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow from capture to delivery.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies to enhance photographic projects.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment advancements.
- Ensure all photographic output meets high-quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing the company positively during all client interactions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and associated lenses.
- Expert knowledge of lighting techniques (natural, artificial, studio flash) and modifiers.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct subjects effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility in event, portrait, and studio photography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of studio management and client booking systems.
- Familiarity with drone photography for events or outdoor shoots.
