As a freelance Photographer specializing in Events & Commercial work, you will be instrumental in delivering stunning imagery that exceeds client expectations. Your assignments will span a wide range of categories, from high-energy corporate functions, vibrant social gatherings, weddings, and private celebrations to professional product shots, brand campaigns, and lifestyle imagery for businesses. You’ll be responsible for the entire photographic process, from initial client consultation and shoot planning to on-site execution, professional post-production, and final image delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their photographic needs and vision for events and commercial projects.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including equipment checks, location scouting (if necessary), and shot lists.
- Execute on-site photography with professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise.
- Manage lighting, composition, and camera settings to capture high-quality images.
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including culling, editing, retouching, and color correction.
- Deliver final edited images to clients within agreed-upon deadlines and specified formats.
- Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Adhere to professional etiquette, client confidentiality, and industry best practices.
- Manage personal equipment maintenance and ensure its optimal performance and reliability for all assignments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event and commercial photography (3+ years).
- Expertise with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and associated equipment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural, artificial, and flash photography).
- Excellent composition, framing, and artistic storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
