Key Responsibilities
- Execute photographic assignments for events (e.g., corporate functions, social gatherings) and commercial projects (e.g., product, lifestyle, branding) according to client briefs.
- Manage all aspects of photography from planning and setup to shooting and post-production.
- Utilize professional camera equipment, lighting, and other accessories to achieve high-quality images.
- Apply expert knowledge of composition, exposure, and focus to capture visually appealing photographs.
- Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, event coordinators, and creative teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Deliver final edited images within agreed-upon deadlines and specified formats.
- Maintain and calibrate photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards, representing Career.zycto with integrity and excellence.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Event and/or Commercial Photographer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras and various lens types.
- Expert-level knowledge of photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural and artificial) and composition principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and subjects.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to various locations within Black River, St. Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
