Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography assignments for various events (e.g., corporate functions, festivals, private parties) and commercial projects (e.g., product photography, lifestyle shoots, headshots, architectural).
- Consult with clients to understand project requirements, scope, and desired aesthetic, ensuring alignment with their vision and brand guidelines.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, and developing detailed shot lists.
- Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Direct subjects and models effectively to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions.
- Perform post-production tasks, including culling, editing, retouching, color correction, and formatting images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Deliver final edited images to clients within agreed-upon timelines and specifications.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper backups and archival of all photographic work.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics at all times.
- Invoice clients promptly and accurately for services rendered.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in professional photography for both events and commercial assignments.
- Advanced proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, various lenses, and professional lighting equipment (natural and artificial).
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for post-production editing.
- Strong understanding of photographic principles, composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and subjects.
