Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute photographic assignments in line with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and other photographic tools effectively.
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including editing, retouching, and color grading, using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and subjects to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of shoots, from location scouting and prop selection to scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital asset library and ensure proper file management.
- Stay current with photographic trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance skills and output.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in digital photography and professional camera systems (DSLR/Mirrorless).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural and artificial) and composition principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- A portfolio demonstrating diverse photographic styles and high-quality work.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling tailored to American audiences.
