Career.zycto is seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Photographer to join our vibrant team in Rodenkirchen, Cologne. As a key member of our marketing and employer branding initiatives, you will be instrumental in visually communicating our brand story, values, and the vibrant professional journeys we facilitate. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing a diverse range of photographic content. This includes professional headshots for our consultants and candidates, dynamic event photography capturing our workshops and networking sessions, compelling lifestyle shots showcasing our workplace culture, and creative imagery for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute photo shoots for various purposes including corporate headshots, team events, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture high-quality images that accurately reflect Career.zycto's brand identity, culture, and values.
- Perform comprehensive post-production work including editing, retouching, color correction, and formatting.
- Manage and maintain photographic equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Organize and archive digital assets efficiently, maintaining a searchable photo library.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and other internal teams to understand visual needs and deliver impactful content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, photographic techniques, and equipment advancements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems and lighting equipment.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software.
- Strong understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, color theory, and depth of field.
- Proven ability to shoot diverse subjects including portraits, events, and corporate environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with studio lighting setups and on-location shooting.
