Key Responsibilities
- Execute photographic assignments, including but not limited to events, portraits, commercial products, landscapes, and documentary projects.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and other photographic accessories.
- Direct subjects, compose shots, and manage on-set styling to achieve desired artistic and commercial outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including culling, editing, retouching, color correction, and image manipulation using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage digital assets efficiently, including organizing, archiving, and delivering final images in various formats.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, equipment, and software advancements to continually enhance skills and creative output.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on schedule.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in digital photography techniques and operating professional camera systems (DSLR/Mirrorless).
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant image editing and retouching software.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting principles, and color theory.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and subjects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A compelling professional portfolio showcasing diverse photographic experience and technical skill.
Preferred Qualifications
