Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photography Studio Coordinator to join our vibrant creative team in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, from preparing the studio for shoots and managing inventory of props and equipment to assisting with client communications and post-production logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain studio schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of space, equipment, and personnel for various photography projects.
- Manage all studio equipment, props, and inventory, including procurement, maintenance, organization, and tracking.
- Assist with client communication, scheduling meetings, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Support photographers and crew during shoots, including set preparation, basic lighting adjustments, and logistical assistance.
- Oversee the intake and return of photographic assets, ensuring proper filing, backup, and delivery of final images.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate records for studio operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment at all times.
- Coordinate post-production workflows, liaising with retouchers and other external vendors.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to studio processes and efficiencies.
- Assist with social media content generation and marketing efforts for the studio, as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a creative studio or agency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
