Key Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities, demonstrating proper techniques.
- Prepare treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment setup before and after sessions.
- Monitor and accurately document patient progress, reporting observations and any concerns to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Maintain treatment equipment and supplies, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and in good working order.
- Provide patient education on home exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies as directed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all therapy sessions, assisting with transfers and ambulation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation, providing physical support as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, clinical protocols, and ethical guidelines.
