Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual techniques, and modalities.
- Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families on rehabilitation goals and self-management.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit, research, and service development.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or students, contributing to their professional development.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and professional guidelines (HCPC).
Required Skills
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, with a focus on rehabilitation.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating a diverse range of rehabilitation conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
