Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy programs using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interventions accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, preventative measures, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy practices, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the clinical setting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant professional, ethical, and legal frameworks, including patient confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or respiratory physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to a professional standard.
