As a Physiotherapist with Career.zycto, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients experiencing musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and other complex physical conditions. Our practice is committed to evidence-based interventions, patient education, and promoting long-term health and well-being. You will develop and implement personalised treatment plans, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy where appropriate. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, doctors, and support staff, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory issues.
- Diagnose conditions and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and functional rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, prognosis, self-management strategies, and prevention techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.
- Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by regulatory bodies such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Actively participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities and regular clinical supervision sessions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services and patient pathways within the clinic.
Required Skills
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK, or eligibility for registration.
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist, ideally within a varied caseload setting.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications or specialisation in a specific area of physiotherapy (e.g., Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Sports Physiotherapy).
- Experience working in a private practice or community healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic patient record systems and digital health tools.

- Experience supervising junior staff or physiotherapy students.
