Key Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks on plant machinery and equipment.
- Support the assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication of various mechanical components.
- Transport tools, parts, and equipment to and from work areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and work areas.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in documenting maintenance activities and reporting issues.
- Participate in training sessions and learn new skills relevant to industrial maintenance.
