Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine pre-start, in-process, and post-operation checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, identify root causes, and report complex problems to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, strictly adhering to 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
- Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and packaging, assisting with inventory management as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Accurately complete production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling agreements, including varied shift patterns (morning, afternoon, evening) and adjusted start/end times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment.
