Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior operators in the setup, operation, and routine monitoring of plastic molding machinery.
- Accurately load raw materials (plastic pellets) into machines and ensure proper material flow throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor machine parameters, production output, and product quality, promptly reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic visual and dimensional quality checks on molded parts, identifying and carefully removing any defective items.
- Execute post-molding processes such as trimming, deburring, and neatly packaging finished plastic components according to strict specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, actively contributing to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the plant floor.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Support material handling operations, including moving finished products and raw materials using appropriate equipment or methods.
- Actively participate in all provided training sessions and demonstrate a proactive approach to improving knowledge and skills in plastic molding techniques.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with team members and other departments to achieve production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
