Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Prepare work areas by setting up tarps, clearing obstacles, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles regularly.
- Help with basic tasks such as cutting and threading pipes, digging trenches, and assembling fixtures under supervision.
- Observe and learn proper plumbing techniques, safety procedures, and local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with post-job clean-up, ensuring the work site is left tidy and orderly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies diligently.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
