Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently in residential and commercial settings.
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures according to industry standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal function and longevity.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and other problems using appropriate tools.
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to accurately determine layout for plumbing systems and connections.
  • Ensure all work performed strictly complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining issues, solutions, and preventive measures to clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple service calls and projects efficiently, maintaining schedule adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Collaborate effectively with other technicians and team members on larger, more complex projects.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Plumber (minimum 4 years in a professional setting).
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal.
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, physical stamina, and ability to perform strenuous tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and regulations pertinent to plumbing work.
