Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water supply systems, drainage, and sanitary fixtures in household and office settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and water heater malfunctions.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, valves, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing components.
- Adhere strictly to local health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices (e.g., IPC, UPC).
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job using company-provided systems.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with other technicians and facilities management staff when necessary for larger projects.
- Ensure the proper functioning, cleanliness, and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan and efficiency of plumbing systems.
- Manage inventory of common plumbing parts and materials required for daily tasks.
Required Skills
