Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and components to ensure longevity.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with precision, considering existing infrastructure and architectural plans.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and other problems using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine the proper layout and specifications of plumbing systems.
- Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Adhere strictly to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding work performed, required repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring their proper function and care.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a plumber specializing in installation and maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical strength, capable of lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
