Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including precise leak detection, thorough drain cleaning, efficient water heater repair/replacement, and accurate pipe fitting.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently using appropriate tools and advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and local plumbing codes to ensure strict compliance and proper installation techniques.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of services, available options, and transparent costs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and local plumbing codes at all times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked on each project.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete client satisfaction on every single job.
- Mentor junior plumbers or apprentices as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber (minimum 3 years in a professional capacity).
- In-depth knowledge of various plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and expertly repairing a wide range of plumbing issues.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of local and national plumbing codes and regulations.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber license in Texas or proven ability to obtain one upon relocation/hire.

- Associate's degree or vocational training certificate in plumbing.
