Key Responsibilities
- Host and moderate engaging podcast episodes, both live and pre-recorded, ensuring a seamless flow and captivating listener experience.
- Conduct in-depth research on episode topics and guests to ensure informed and insightful discussions.
- Develop compelling episode outlines and scripts, incorporating storytelling elements and key discussion points.
- Interview diverse guests, demonstrating strong active listening skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions.
- Collaborate with the production team on audio recording, editing, and post-production processes to maintain high-quality sound.
- Work with the content and marketing teams to strategize episode themes, promotional content, and audience engagement.
- Actively promote podcast episodes across social media platforms and other relevant channels.
- Engage with the listener community through Q&A sessions, comments, and other interactive initiatives.
- Stay abreast of current events, industry trends, and emerging podcasting technologies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a podcast host, radio presenter, or similar on-air role.
