Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area and store environment.
- Assist with product merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are tidy and appealing.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
