Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area and sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Accurately manage returns, exchanges, and voids following company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
