Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments and provide correct change.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product information, and service needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
