Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments and provide correct change.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product information, and service needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and ensuring products are well-displayed.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues when necessary.
