Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on socio-economic, environmental, and governance issues.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and programs, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations and proposals, supported by robust data and rigorous methodology.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefs, presentations, and other communication materials for various audiences.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, industry leaders, and community representatives, to gather insights and build consensus.
- Monitor policy developments, legislative changes, and emerging trends relevant to our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate policy insights into broader strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in policy analysis, research, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive arguments.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
