Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on relevant policy issues, utilizing diverse data sources and methodologies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Contribute to the drafting of policy briefs, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Assist in stakeholder mapping and engagement, supporting outreach activities and consultations.
- Monitor policy developments at local, regional, and international levels relevant to Career.zycto's focus areas.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance policy analysis skills.
- Support senior analysts in developing evidence-based recommendations for policy improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and policy documents.
Required Skills
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
