Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings on various policy topics.
- Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Support senior researchers in drafting reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Prepare summaries of research findings, policy documents, and relevant news for internal distribution.
- Maintain organized research databases and documentation systems.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and relevant policy events, taking detailed notes.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and project plans.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on shared projects and tasks.
