Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings on various policy topics.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Support senior researchers in drafting reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Prepare summaries of research findings, policy documents, and relevant news for internal distribution.
  • Maintain organized research databases and documentation systems.
  • Attend team meetings, workshops, and relevant policy events, taking detailed notes.
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and project plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on shared projects and tasks.
  • Stay informed on current events and policy developments relevant to Career.zycto's work.
