Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and environmental scans on various policy issues.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources.
  • Prepare summaries, briefs, and reports based on research findings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist in the development of research methodologies, survey instruments, and interview protocols.
  • Maintain organized databases of research materials, data, and citations.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior researchers, policy analysts, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about current policy developments and research trends relevant to projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Ensure all research activities adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
  • Support the drafting and editing of policy papers, presentations, and communication materials.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in policy research, academic research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in data collection, organization, and basic analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with research methodologies and literature review processes.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
