Tropical Pools & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Entry-Level Pool Cleaning Attendant to join our dedicated team in Havendale, St. Andrew. As a Pool Cleaning Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and chemical balance of various swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and inviting for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming pool floors and walls, and brushing surfaces to remove algae and dirt.
- Empty and clean skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and automatic pool cleaner bags regularly.
- Test and adjust pool chemical levels (e.g., chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness) to ensure optimal water quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate and maintain various pool cleaning equipment such as vacuums, brushes, nets, and chemical testing kits.
- Monitor and report any unusual conditions, equipment malfunctions, or necessary repairs to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and all assigned equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines for chemical handling and pool maintenance procedures.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients when on-site, representing Tropical Pools & Spa with the highest level of professionalism.
- Accurately complete service records and daily logs detailing work performed, chemical readings, and any observations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being reliable, punctual, and proactive in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
