Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous, and attentive food and beverage service at the poolside.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and follow established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
- Handle cash and process credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned pool areas, including clearing tables, tidying lounge chairs, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Regularly check on guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
