Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods, equipment, and supplies.
- Move furniture and other items between designated locations efficiently and safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, storage rooms, and facility grounds.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, tightening fixtures, or reporting larger issues.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging chairs, tables, and presentation equipment.
- Operate and maintain basic cleaning tools and material handling equipment responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational guidelines and procedures.
- Provide courteous and helpful assistance to staff, clients, and visitors as needed.
- Monitor premises for any damages, hazards, or maintenance needs and report them promptly to management.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions and communication.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
