Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, tailored to their specific business needs and technical understanding.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that showcase our product's value proposition.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support during the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement, acting as a liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to represent Career.zycto and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product suite, market landscape, and competitive advantages.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering role within a technology or software company.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and persuasive technical presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex product functionalities and translate them into business value.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and experience collaborating effectively with sales teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, IT) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
- Prior experience with SaaS products or cloud-based solutions.
