Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to every client, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Actively engage customers on the sales floor, presenting premium products and demonstrating their unique features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, promotions, and brand stories.
- Ensure the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store adheres to premium brand standards, always appearing immaculate and inviting.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized engagement.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Support the store management team in daily operations and promotional activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in premium retail sales or a high-end customer service role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends and customer expectations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
