You will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel secure to explore, experiment, and express themselves freely. Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of early childhood development principles and a proven ability to foster social-emotional growth, language development, and foundational literacy and numeracy skills through play-based learning and structured activities.

As a Preschool Educator at Crescent Academy Isiolo, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience. This includes establishing regular, transparent communication channels with families, providing insightful updates on student progress, discussing developmental milestones, and engaging parents in classroom activities and school events. You will also be instrumental in conducting ongoing formative and summative assessments to monitor student learning and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each child. Beyond academics, your role will extend to nurturing children’s creativity through a rich tapestry of art, music, storytelling, and dramatic play, encouraging physical development through purposeful outdoor activities and guided movement, and instilling positive character traits such as empathy, respect, and responsibility.

We are looking for someone who brings energy, innovation, and a genuine love for teaching, coupled with strong classroom management skills that promote a positive and orderly learning atmosphere. A commitment to continuous professional development is essential, as we believe in growing our educators to provide the best possible learning experience. Your expertise will not only guide children through their early learning journey but also help them develop crucial social skills, problem-solving abilities, and a lifelong curiosity. If you are ready to inspire a love of learning and lay a robust foundation for future academic success in a child-centered environment, where every day presents an opportunity to shape young minds and build a vibrant community, we strongly encourage you to apply.
