Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various printing equipment, including digital printers, large format printers, and finishing machines.
- Prepare print files for production, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and proper formatting.
- Monitor print jobs for quality control, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Assist with material handling, including loading paper, ink, and other consumables.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet client specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate with the design team and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Package and prepare finished print materials for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a printing production environment or similar role.
- Familiarity with various printing technologies (e.g., digital, large format).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for file preparation.
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
