Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide individualized or small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and assisting with assignments.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, displays, and learning stations to enhance the educational experience.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, playtime, lunch breaks, and transitions, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and organized classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Observe and document student progress, behavior, and challenges, communicating relevant observations to the lead teacher.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom culture that promotes student participation and respect.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as grading papers, record-keeping, and communicating with parents when required.
