Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of individuals on probation, monitoring their compliance with court orders and supervision plans.
- Conduct regular in-person interviews, home visits, and field contacts to assess client progress and address challenges.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans focusing on criminogenic needs.
- Perform comprehensive risk and needs assessments, updating them periodically to inform interventions.
- Provide referrals and facilitate client access to essential community resources including employment, housing, education, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment.
- Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies, social service providers, court officials, and community organizations.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and objective reports for court hearings, parole boards, and other relevant agencies.
- Testify in court as required regarding client progress, compliance, or violations.
- Conduct drug/alcohol screenings and ensure adherence to established testing protocols.
- Implement appropriate intervention strategies for individuals exhibiting non-compliant behavior or facing crises.
