  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand system functionalities and troubleshooting steps.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to monitoring processes.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
