Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to order closure, for all goods and services.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, establishing advantageous terms, conditions, and pricing to achieve optimal value and cost savings.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier rationalization programs.
- Conduct thorough market research, supplier evaluations, and continuous performance monitoring to ensure compliance, quality, and service levels.
- Accurately prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies are aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks, including potential supply chain disruptions, price volatility, and compliance issues.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrable strong contract negotiation and management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
