Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to contract close-out, with a focus on 'Contract & Purchase' activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and pricing, while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
- Conduct thorough supplier evaluations, performance monitoring, and risk assessments to maintain a high-quality supply base.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and develop effective procurement strategies.
- Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, contract status, savings achieved, and supplier performance.
- Resolve supplier disputes and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or similar role focusing on contracts and purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
