Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience.
- Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from strategic sourcing and vendor selection to contract management and performance monitoring.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and introduce competitive advantages.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and spend analytics to identify savings opportunities and forecast future procurement needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure procurement strategies support overall business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Proactively mitigate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted operations and business continuity.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead capacity.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management in a complex business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven procurement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in spend analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
