Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join a leading organization within the Nordend, Frankfurt am Main area. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for various categories, identifying new suppliers and optimizing existing supplier relationships.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier research to identify potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end RFQ/RFP process, including specification development, bid analysis, and vendor selection.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, conditions, and pricing while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, leveraging technology and process enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Procurement Sourcing Specialist or similar role (minimum 4 years).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract law.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
- Proficiency in spend analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
